Former Facebook ANZ Country Manager and one of the first five employees in Asia-Pacific, Adnan opened Facebook's Auckland office and scaled operations from startup to established market leader. Turners Group NZ Limited is the largest seller of cars, trucks and machinery in New Zealand with 22 branches nationwide. The business runs on volume. The media spend needed to track every dollar to revenue. Stitch implemented offline attribution that captured every lead from every source. Phone and email test drive bookings, branch walk-ins, web enquiries, dealer hand-offs. We rebuilt the measurement layer on Segment, Snowflake and Customer.io and gave the team genuine insight into which channels, platforms and creative were driving cars sold, not just clicks.

The product needed transactional messaging that could survive flight disruption, hotel re-bookings and 24-hour reminders, plus a marketing layer that could segment by trip context, all wired into Braze and BigQuery, in six weeks. Stitch led the Braze implementation alongside Braze's own onboarding team. Production and parallel dev workspaces. Braze Web SDK deployed via GTM. Data Warehouse to Braze via Cloud Data Ingestion.Braze Transactional API for booking confirmation, CFAR and non-CFAR disruption, and 24-hour reminders. Dual sender architecture on notify.serko.ai for transactional and insider.serko.ai for marketing. GUID-based external ID resolution. A flattened active_flights array schema co-designed with Braze to bypass nesting limits on multi-leg trips. Liquid personalisation for complex flight, hotel and cost objects.
